- November Meeting Minutes read and approved
- School updates:

-Incorporating Student Voice - we have a student lighthouse team and lunch bunch (students are given lunch and asked questions/opinions about the school)
- Ongoing staff training
- Cell Phone policy has been a success, we have seen less cell phones in the office than anticipated, teachers have seen less problems than anticipated
- Stop the Vape is a continuous ongoing process
