New Student Registration
The following should only be done AFTER you have made a New Student Registration appointment with the school.
Each required document should be completely filled out and then scanned or take a snapshot to email them prior to your appointment.
- Demographic Registration Form
- Provide two (2) proofs of your residency within our school boundary
- Immunization records
- Birth Certificate
