  • September Meeting Minutes read and approved 
  
  
  • Reviewed Trustland Fund distribution from 22/23 school year. 

   $90,248 distribution last year  

  GOAL #1: Our goal is to raise RISE and ASPIRE end of year test scores by 1%  (lower class size $45,000; Latino’s in Action class $10,000; Professional Development for teachers to $1500; Salaries & Benefits $55,000)

  GOAL #2: Provide improvement and growth of student achievement through implementation of technology by going one to one with leased Chromebooks with Google Licenses in the Weber school District Ascent program. 

  (Student provided with personal Chromebooks; teacher training in chromebooks to best help student learning $24,000; funds to replace, repair projectors, Chromebooks and other technology needs $10,000)

  2 - Staff Development (accomplished by collaborative teams/PLC’s)

  3 - Positive Culture of High Support, High Expectations, Celebration and Belonging (accomplished by Leader in Me Program)
