T.H. Bell Community Council Meeting

Minutes: 

• Introductions

The following were in attendance:  Karen Roylance, Natalie Anderson, Mindy Ludlow, Julie Thorngren, Curt VandenBosch, John Richards, and Lenn Ward.

• Member's contact list

The contact list was verified.

• Overview of School Community Council (SCC) responsiblities

 SCC is to oversee last year's school improvement plan, and develop a plan for next year.

• Overview of last years plan

 The plan was presented to new members and reviewed by older members.

• Meeting schedule for the year

It was decided to hold meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at 4:00 PM.  It was also decided not to hold a meeting during the month of December.

• Election of Chair

Julie Thorngren was selected as chairman.

• Friends Hotline - tip line information

 Hotline was introduced to the SCC.  Morn information will be presented once the service is up and functioning.
