Agenda: 

Three forms must be completed and submitted to the USOE by November 16, 2012.

• Membership form

Curt VandenBosch completed the form and submitted it on the USOE School  LAND trust site  on 10/11/12

• Principal Assurance Form

Curt VandenBosch completed the form and submitted it on the USOE School LAND trust site on 10/11/12

• Financial Report form

The final financial report for 2011-2012 was submitted to the District Office on 10/08/12 - the District office must submit the official form.

No applications for trust land grants have been submitted to the council.

No further business is required of the council at this time

Meeting is therefore canceled.
