Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Future Business Leaders of America is the largest career student business club in the world. There are many goals of FBLA and a few highlighted ones are to strengthen the confidence of students in themselves, develop character within the student member, encourage and practice efficient money management, and create interest in the understanding of American business enterprise.
