T.H. Bell Community Council Meeting

Community Council members in attendance:

Todd Kirk, Ken Perkins, Tammy Perkins, Al LaDeau, Kelly Lopaz, Vickie Finlinson, Curt VandenBosch

Approval of minutes of last meeting

Minutes of previous meeting were approved with the correction of money spent on document cameras.  Original  - $600 Edited $675

Schedule of meetings

Do we need to meet every month? The idea was discussed.  It was decided that we would keep the scheduled meetings but reserved the right to cancel the meeting or to meet via email or other means if there were very few agenda items or if items that could be decided without a meeting.

DVD – A Matter of Trust

The DVD was shown to the group.

Land Trust applications

The council considered two applications.  A proposal from the science department to help purchase a Weather Bug system was approved for $1730 was approved.  A proposal from Mr. Thorngren to help fund an incentive program to provide prizes to good students was denied.
